It is the longest debate and discussion on earth and it is still interesting because the topic is so close to each of us. We just can’t exist or live without each other. It is the by nature we are attracted to the opposite gender (P/S: I do respect homosexuals as much I respect heterosexuals but sexual preferences is not an issue here, so please do not judge me based on this article).

The one question that man can never answer till today and the most infamous question is how to understand woman? Let me tell you something about that, there is no answer for that question yet. We are still looking for the answer. You just can’t understand them, they are always unpredictable. Surprisingly man has survived till today, so hope for the best my fellow men.

Well, don’t worry girls, you girls do have an unanswered question about man and that would be how can a man sit for half-an-hour and they don’t think of anything? Woman trust me, we men have the ability to just sit and look at an empty space and not to think of any. In that particular circumstances you women going to ask us the question and honestly the answer is always going to be nothing. But if you do get an answer, it’s either lie or some thoughts that has been lingering around his mind for some time.

When you are in serious relationship, hell yeah! Shit got serious. First few months, I would say it’s a honeymoon period and everyone will be very loving. As the months starts to flew, that’s where the curtain unfolds and the epic drama begins. Those who manages it well makes it to marriage, but for those who fails to enjoy the flip-flops, starts the whole drama again.

There are few typical man and woman problem. If you understand that, you have come through a long way in a relationship. Those are the problems that tend to make the relationship stronger and happier if you know what I mean. We can’t possibly understand women but we know we can’t possibly live without them. And woman trust me when we say I love you looking right into your eyes, we meant this: Sweetheart, I will hold you close to my heart and I shall be yours forever. But we don’t look into your eyes, you better prepare for a break up. (P/S: This applies to most of them and not all of them)

Facebook Fan Page: World of Lolz

LOL has been rated as the most used word on internet. The supposedly meaning of LOL would be Laughing Out Loud. As revolution began on the internet. LOL took many faces, P.O.V. and variations. Some of the variations would be LMAO (Laughing My Ass Out), LMFAO (Laughing My F***ing Ass Out), and so on. There was also this iPhone joke or the facebook father's status joke, where they misunderstood the abbreviation for Lots Of Love. Well, that's a bit of introduction to LOL.

So, talking about LOL - my friend came with the idea of facebook fan page. Its gaining its popularity now. It can be said one of the upcoming successful superstar page. I believe everyone should know about this, after all laughter is the best medicine and its free for all. Sorry to keep you guys with elaboration. Its the one and only 'World of Lolz'.

Maybe I should say the one and only 1 Malaysia fan page for jokes. The admins are very committed, I mean they don't get paid but they love what they doing and others are happy. The Why of Facebook Likes

People say that there's a reason for everything, and in some cases there are three reasons. An example that comes to mind is:

"There are 3 reasons a person doesn't text you back. You've said something which upset them, you're starting to get boring or they've fallen asleep."

Like most people, I spend 5% of my time in Facebook replying comments or writing statuses, and 95% observing. Observing what people do, write and what they 'like', which then led me to notice the three reason they 'Like' things. And by things I mean status updates, wall posts and their comments. Fan pages, sixbillionsecrets, LGMH and others are too wide a scope to cover shall be left for another discussion.

Reasons

1.They like the stuff which they have just read. Its as simple as that. It is the most acceptable and common use of the 'Like' feature.

2. They have no idea of how to reply to a comment in an appropriate way without creating an awkward situation. If they decide to not reply however, they might come across as snobbish. So they "Like" the comment with the hope that it will accepted as a passable form of response.

"Wtf is he saying??Whatever.. *Like*."

3. They are trying to get the attention of someone, usually a member of the opposite sex. They do this by going to their target(most likely a crush or someone they're trying to lure into bed)'s profile and "Like" the hell out of every status, photos, posts that they could find. It doesn't matter if they really like it or not. They seem to be under the illusion that the more they 'Like', the closer they are getting to the person. They think that they are merely indicating their presence, their creepy almost bordering on stalking presence to this person. This method does occasionally work but when it doesnt, which is most of the time, it leaves an impression something similar to this:

"HEYY!!LOOK AT ME!! IM HERE!!"

Question before we move on.. Would you post something you hate or don't like as your status or comment?

There is however, a type of "Like" which deserves special mention. I hate to say this out because a lot of my close friends are guilty of this. I've failed to understand why they do it. The people that i've asked about it also fails to explain it. The people who does it, im sorry to say FAILS!! They are people who "Likes" their own posts and comments. None of the three reasons above can justify it. Before everyone starts screaming No !!!, please think of the answer to the question above. It is shameless and pathetic really. Its like high-fiving yourself in public. Even the ones who like their own status can sometimes be accepted. People who like their own comments.. Fail.

Rape Victims - The Fallen Angels

One of the things that my mind or heart can't accept is rape. I just hate rapists and I wish there will be punitive punishments for rapists. I hope in the near future, rapists will have their parts cut and tattooed rapist on their fore head and let them live among the community. That just my angry part of my self towards rapists.

Well, today we will talk about not how to avoid rape but what you need to do and overcome the trauma after the dark incident. I will like to address the rape victims as the fallen angels in this post. Dear fallen angels I will like to say this all of you, just remember you guys are not all alone. You have us - the better community.

Here We go:

A: GET HELP IMMEDIATELY -  Even if there is not a scratch on your body, rape is an extremely serious trauma and a deep injustice. No one should go through the trauma of rape alone. You're probably going to need many kinds of help for at least a couple of months from friends, associates, and professionals. You deserve all the help you need, no matter what the circumstances of the rape.

A common problem for rape victims is that it's very difficult to ask for help because the rape has made them feel ashamed, weak, and wounded. If you're finding it difficult to ask for help, here's what to do. Pick a special friend and ask that friend to help you find more help. Ask that special friend to help you think of other people who would be good for different kinds of help. Ask your friend to make the phone calls for you.

B: ALWAYS HAVE SOME ACCOMPANY YOU - Whoever you want to meet with regards to the dark incident; let it be the detective, counselor, family members, friends etc. In fact it is a good idea to have someone beside you when you are making phone calls. Don't be alone in any circumstances. Be accompanied.


C: GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED ASAP - The longer the time taken to get answers for your question it make your anxiety level high and gets you more depressed. Throughout the dealing of your dark incident, ask whatever questions that runs on your mind and don't feel ashamed. You have all the rights and if the person is negligent call the person's boss and get things sought out. Don't Be SHY!!!


D: TELL YOUR PART CLEARLY - Whenever you make phone calls there is tendency it is answered by automated phone system, don't hesitate leave a message clearly on whatever you wanted to say. Always prepare summary of your case whenever you want to talk to the authorities. The intense emotions you feel following a rape can overtake you unpredictably, especially when you are talking with others about the assault. When this happens your communication can easily become fragmented, frantic, and incoherent. So prepare yourself what you want to say so that it helps the authority to build up a good case. Always keep a note book, write down what you wanted to ask and what people answered so that you remember. This will help you to stay focused throughout the ordeal.


E: NEVER MAKE DECISIONS ON THE SPOT - Always take time to give your decision, consult with your attorney or a friend before you make decision. You may never know how it might affect you later on. Always be cautious when it comes to making decisions. Wrong move can make you more traumatized.


Lastly, Remember you are not alone and do a little favor by making a police report and saving other women's pride. We stand against rape, mean while we do our best to help the fallen angels.

Concerned Citizen / Netizen of the Indian Society

Dear All, I believe our IPT students can differentiate between good and bad, hope they will not buy the idea propagated by cheap mindset political leaders which will make our community begging for basic necessities- I truly cannot understand what is there to celebrate about for food and facilities going for temple for IPT students. I thought food is basic need and practicing religion is basic rights under the Malaysian constitution. The leaders must be accountable for this to Rakyat without assuming  these as privileges. Until when we are going to beg for our basic needs and rights? We are going to celebrate 54th  years of independence but what is our situation now? Just for thoughts, we are facing problems from labor ward to graveyard. ( Partly our community members and leaders setback as well) 1. We still have BC & IC issue 2. Lack of facilities in Tamil school - pre independence school building still in use 3. Less than 28% of SJKT have preschools - but KSSR designed in consideration these pupils attended    preschools ( approx. 23k pupils age of 5 & 6 didn't attend preschool) 4. Only 30% of SJKT have computer labs ( not sure how many still in operation) in current IT age. 5. Government promote "1 murid 1 sukan" but most of our school didn't  have minimum size of playing field. 6. Most of the school didn't have proper science or living skills lab 7. 18% of our Tamil school teachers are untrained teachers 8. Most of tamil school land owned by private company or individual 9. Interlok ???? 10. SPM 10 subjects - consequences on Tamil language & literature 11. STPM - why become less popular among indian students - they willing take loans and enroll in private institution even stpm is almost free of cost? 12. JPA / other scholarship - One of the top national secret 13. Critical / professional course enrolment in IPTA - what is the number and progress? 14. Employment rate after graduate ? 15. Access to micro and macro credit facilities for our young entrepreneurs? 16. State welfare support reach-ability to our poor peoples? 17. Poverty eradication success rate ? 18. Anti social activities among our youth? 19. We are struggling to gather 6 k youth to enrol in skills training institutions but an indian based party have 3k branch leaders nationwide. Why not the leaders recruit 2 people per branch - in future his/her total generation will be uplifted 20. We offer incentives to encourage leaders to put effort to make people register as voters - What is our patriotism level? (a  friend of doing it voluntary by age of 20 as part of his national service) 21. Temple issue - when we are going to have standard way of build and maintaining the divine place? 22. Authorities are aggressively promoting support programmes for single parents but what is divorce rate in our community & what are the preventive measurements??? 23. Almost alternate day we can read about house land and grave yard land issues in our dailies. I believe there will be more issues and partly is our community members' fault and irresponsible mentality that leads to these problems. As responsible community members and accountable leaders, they have to rectify the core issues which rape our community's progress. How many of these problems have been given deep thoughts, debated, developed action plan and implemented, monitored and evaluated  in recent so called sole indian representative AGM's? But despite all the above, we have great achievements that have made our community and country proud. Thanks and salute to them for their efforts. Malaysia is better than Japan, unbelievable?

During the regime of Tun Dr. Mahathir , he came with an idea of “Look to the East” policy, which means to take examples of the Eastern countries such as Japan and Korea to build an advanced nation. Most of the Malaysians agree that Japan is a better country than Malaysia in many ways. Japan even said to be 50 years ahead of Malaysia which means whatever that present now in Japan only can be seen in Malaysia in 2061.

But, does any Malaysian ever thought that Malaysia is much more blessed with many things? Let’s see:

     

      1.       GEOGRAPHY

Japan is situated in the “Pacific Ring of Fire” where they are prone to different types of natural disasters. Tsunami, earth quake, volcano eruptions  and so on. We should be thankful that we are in the safe zone.

      

      2.       NATURAL RESOURCES

Japan is a country that advanced just by their fishing industries. They have one of the largest fishing industries in the world. Nevertheless their economy is through advancement in technologies and automobile industries. As for Malaysia, since before independence, the British came to Malaya for its natural resources. Timber is a valuable source that the British really wanted. Other than that, we have rubber industries which were high in demand in  the global market once a upon a time. We also have petroleum. Although our petroleum production is not one of the biggest in the world, but thankful God blessed us with it. Besides that , we also have oil palm and other productions.

      

      3.       POLITICS

Japan politics are always not stable. Japan had 61 Prime Ministers  from 1868 till now. Some of them had the post for more than once.  For the past 10 years they had 6 prime ministers. Malaysia politic can be said in a stable condition. Since independence in 1957, Malaysians had 6 PMs in 54 years. There were 2 PMs for the past 10 years and it has been Barisan Nasional Coalition which was formed in 1973 as the successor to the Alliance (Perikatan) as the ruling party.

     4.       CATASTROPHIC

Hiroshima was bombed on the 6^th of August 1945 while Nagasaki was bombed on the 9^{th of} august 1945. That was the end of World War II.  After the bombing, there was nothing left. It was all gone. You can stand at one end and you can see the other end. Most of them also suffered from chemical diseases and radiation over the years. Malaysia, thankful nothing like that happened.

But today, this is how Japan looks like. None will believe that a nation that had been blasted by 2 atom bombs has stood up so fast like this.

Does anyone wonder what had made Japan to be like this?

THE PEOPLE- THE ULTIMATE POWER

This is the only factor that Japan beats Malaysia. Their citizens. Yeah it’s their people. After the World War II, the Japanese took oath to build their nation that will be amazed by other nations. They had proved that. From my further readings, I found interesting stories about the Japanese.

      1.       4 hours sleep a day is enough for them

      2.       Most of the will read book and not waste their time waiting for public transport.

      3.       They have a great patriotism toward their nation. They will stop their car and stand by their car if their     

            national anthem is played.

      4.       “Kamikaze” means no fear to die.

      5.       Japan's literacy rate is almost 100%.

      6.       Average life expectancy in Japan is one of the highest in the world. Japanese people live an average of 4 

            years longer than Americans. This is because they practice balanced diet.

Well, most Malaysians had to agree that we lose in this aspect.  Do we really respect our national anthem? Do we always complain that we are unfortunate to be in Malaysia? Ask yourself.

It is not matter what the country had done for you; it is what you had done for the country.

  

So,what had you done for your country?

Come on fellow Malaysians, buck up and push the limits.

We stand together, without any racial, social, demographic differences. Stand as one for our beloved Malaysia.
